I had an outstanding experience at Beavercreek Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The front desk team was welcoming, efficient, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The exam itself was thorough and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. It’s obvious the staff truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. The entire team created a comfortable, friendly atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I couldn’t recommend Beavercreek Vision Center more highly. If you’re looking for a place to get your vision checked with excellent care and service, this is it!

The professionalism, kindness, and thorough care provided by Dr. Tran and the entire staff. Dr. Tran was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time. I truly felt valued as a patient. At this time, I wouldn’t suggest any major changes — just continue providing the excellent level of care and service that you already do.

Dr. Tran was easy to talk to and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. What really stood out was that he personally returned my call when I had a question about my eye drop prescription. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this office.

I had a fantastic experience at Beavercreek Vision Center! Dr. Tran was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly — easily one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen in an optometrist. He helped me discover a prescription I didn’t even realize I needed, and the difference has been amazing. The front desk staff were just as great friendly, professional, and very informative. They walked me through how to properly care for my new glasses and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Also only a one week turn around from ordering to receiving my new glasses. Highly recommend Beavercreek Vision Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and a genuinely welcoming staff!
